The 3-Step Process
Step 1
Heat: The truck lowers a commercial infrared heating panel over the damaged area. It safely penetrates 2–3 inches deep, softening the old asphalt without burning the essential binding oils.
Step 2
Blend & Add: We rake the softened asphalt, add fresh hot-mix material from our onboard storage tank, and blend them seamlessly together.
Step 3
Bond: We roll and compact the area. Because the edges are hot when compacted, the old and new asphalt fuse into a single, waterproof thermal bond.
